Jace was found walking on the ground in circles. He was suffering severe conjunctivitis caused by chlamydia, his eyes were so badly affected that vets gave him a poor prognosis that he would be permanently blind.
After months of daily medication, care and rehabilitation Jace slowly improved.
The muscles and nerves controlling his eyes made him cross-eyed, but we didn’t give up and he learnt to adapt to his disability. He was able to climb & jump in big tall trees and successfully released into the wild.
